BBCH: This B2B branch specializes in supplying barbershops and beauty salons with professional-grade equipment. Its target audience consists of entrepreneurs who are establishing or expanding their small businesses in the beauty sector.

UGOL: This B2C branch focuses on providing high-quality hair tools such as combs, brushes, and hairdressing capes to the mass market segment. UGOL's core audience includes professionals working in beauty businesses as well as individuals who wish to perform hairstyling, haircuts, and other hair treatments at home using professional-level tools.


The Challenge
To create an approach enableing efficient content creation within the small team while maintaining the unique identity and messaging of both brands.


The  outcome

The digital promotion materials were crafted to align with each brand's business objectives and then adapted into reusable templates for junior employees. Additionally, there were art-directed photoshoots  to ensure visually consistent and brand-aligned imagery.
